Coworking: office space prices to drop even more

Coworking: Trendirama.com style collaborating to share office space. Like the old hot-desk awful stuff withing companies, but for freelancers (most of the future workforce) or different companies sharing space. Expect office space prices to drop even more in the city centres, but increase in old warehouses that can be refurbished to accomodate this trend. A "new" real estate trend in the making...
Why going into the city centre, if I can go to my closest coworking space in my area? Of course, property prices around established co-working spaces will stand the trend down, wherever it may exist today.
It is well known that one of the biggest things stopping the expansion of the teleworking trend, was that we humans still like to work in groups, and the socialization it entails. However, I am sure we don't care if this people we socialize with are from other companies. We only want to be there, to meet new people, to flirt... and these open and shared spaces let us do just that.
